Ordering from Seven|4 Cosmetics

What type of payment methods do you accept?

seven4cosmetics.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. We do not accept checks or cash. We only accept one payment method per order.

What is Paypal and how do I use it?

Paypal is a secure online method. You can read more about Paypal at http://www.paypal.com. A Paypal account is not required. During checkout, when you get to the Paypal screen, there is a link that says "Don't have a Paypal account?". Select that link to use your credit/debit card.

 

Shipping Times & Methods

How long does it take to ship my order after I've placed it?

Please allow up to 5 business days to process orders. All orders are shipped via the USPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email, along with a USPS delivery confirmation number (can be used for tracking) once your order ships. Seven|4 Cosmetics does not ship orders the same day they are placed.

How much does shipping and handling cost?

Domestic First-Class - $2.74 flat-rate per order

Domestic Priority Mail - $6.74 flat-rate per order

International Priority Mail - $16.74 flat-rate per order

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses?

Yes. We ship using USPS.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

Mad Girls Inc. dba Seven|4Cosmetics™ has offices in Minnesota and Washington. We are required by law to collect sales tax for orders shipped to Minnesota or Washington addresses.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, Seven|4 Cosmetics™ does not accept returns. However your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at hello@seven4cosmetics.com and we will work with you to come up with a solution.

 

What happened to Mae Minerals?

We rebranded to support our new mission in July, 2012. We still offer all of your favorite Mae shades--just the company name has changed.

 

Where is Seven|4 Cosmetics located?

We have offices in Minnesota and Washington. We do not currently have a retail location. However we are currently working with several stores on wholesale projects. If you would like to inquire about our wholesale options, please contact us at hello@seven4cosmetics.com
